Description

A feature rich 19” rack mountable dimmer pack with twelve 1500W dimmers (versions with 2500W or 6000W dimmers are available). Twelve NEMA 5-20 connectors are provided for the outputs.

Power Capability:

Control:
Industry standard DMX512 control or analog 0-10VDC. Levels may also be selected from the front panel without need for external control.
Control Input:
Optically isolated DMX input. Gold plated 5 pin XLR DMX in and thru connectors. Analog connector is 15-pin D-sub. A DMX termination switch is provided.
Front Panel Display:
Display provides clear indication of power, DMX data, DMX start address and soft-patching DMX assignments, pre-set levels and non-dim assignments.
Output Regulation:
 ± 2%.
Output Limit:
Output voltage may be limited on a dimmer-by-dimmer basis to accommodate low-voltage loads.

DMX Channel Assignment:
Start address or soft patch mode (any or all dimmer channels may be assigned to any DMX control channel).
Lamp Pre-Heat:
A minimum output level may be programmed into each dimmer.
Neutral Error©:
Innovative voltage sensing circuitry shuts down the dimmer when neutral or ground conductors rise to a potentially dangerous level.
Non-Dim:
The unit may be configured to operate as a solid-state relay.
Filtering:
Broadcast quality chokes. Dimmer’s rise time shall not exceed 450µs at full load.
Voltage Monitor:
Input power connections may be verified by phase LEDs on the front panel display.
