Lex Products’ Expanded Cable Repair Program: Providing Greater Longevity for Cable Assemblies Lex Products’ newly expanded cable repair service program delivers greater value to customers in the form of extended cable life and cost-savings.With 19 repair services to choose from, Lex Products offers a range of diagnostic services including evaluation and testing, as well as connector replacements and more. Customers can also upgrade existing 19 pin multi-cable, 7 and 14 pin motor control and ARRI ballast exensions with EverGrip molded connector retrofits.
Re-use and Recycle Existing Assemblies!
As an alternative to expensive cable assembly replacement, Lex Products helps customers re-use and recycle their existing cable assemblies by performing professional repairs on damaged assemblies. Standard cable repairs feature a 1-year limited warranty.
Evaluation Fees:
For product repairs an evaluation fee will be applied as follows:

Distribution Boxes- $65
Dimmers- $35
Racks- $65
Note: The fee will be waived if you proceed with the repair.

- A purchase order and RMA are required to complete order processing.
- Some repairs may deviate from standard procedures and may require an additional evaluation repair process at an additional cost. Customer with be contacted for authorization.
- Customer is responsible for inbound and outbound freight charges.
