CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
DESCRIPTION:
Do you excel at responding to customer concerns with helpful, creative
solutions? LEX Products needs an analytical individual to join our
sales team managing the customer service function. This person must
work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to quickly identify
and resolve customer concerns and contribute to growth. LEX is looking
for a team member who is a self starter, comfortable with a rapidly
changing environment, and has a strong desire to learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service including order status, confirmation
and tracking, RMA’s.
- Assist with internal communications between the technical sales team
and the production, engineering and accounting departments.
- Interpret customer feedback, monitor customer satisfaction and help
drive programs to improve.
- Collaborate with sales team, engineering and product teams on new
feature development.
- Assist with special projects to improve efficiency and growth of the
business.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA, BS or BFA degree preferred.
- Customer or client service experience a must.
- Knowledge of accounting functions a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to complete a large volume of
work quickly.
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude.

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
DESCRIPTION:
LEX PRODUCTS is a leading manufacturer of superior power distribution
and control systems for the entertainment, industrial and military markets.
We have an exciting opportunity for an assertive, experienced technical
product salesperson in the So. California area. This position is responsible
for prospecting for new customers and growing current accounts.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ideal candidate will be self motivated, pro-active and have technical
sales experience presenting custom services and solutions. Must be
able to establish relationships with customers, sales and production
personnel, solve problems both individually and in a team environment
and possess strong written and computer skills. BA/BS degree required.
